Engineers left a 33-centimeter work lamp within the wing of a Qantas Airbus A380. The ATSB revealed that the aircraft flew for two days with the work light inside before anyone discovered it. The 33-centimeter device remained in the wing during those journeys as the Qantas plane flew.
