A Pensacola man has been sentenced to nearly four years in federal prison for monetary fraud, false passport use, and identity theft. The case involved theft of identities and fraudulent checks. In another case, a contractor pleaded guilty to a fraudulent billing scheme against a water board in Prichard. Additionally, Boise Police have issued warnings about recent fraudulent Tap-to-Pay activities following a recent arrest.
