Arena REIT announced the entry into voluntary administration after notifications about the status of the childcare group came in.
Advisory firm KordaMentha was named as administrator for Edge Early Learning. Administrators have taken over oversee the operations and financial situation of the childcare provider. Arena REIT No 1 received formal notice about the proceedings. The entry into administration leaves 70 childcare centres facing uncertainty while KordaMentha oversees the process.
