Tall buildings will go up near Westfield West Lakes. The site allows towers reaching 20 storeys high.
The plan introduces high rise living to the suburb. More homes are set to arrive, with the state aiming to 2,000 new homes around the shopping area. Workers will build high density housing complexes across the local neighbourhood. This provides new living space.
