Taylor Sheridan is due to pick up a History-Making Texan Award in Austin, celebrating his streak of hit television and film projects. The creator behind Yellowstone is also being honored for work that stretches well beyond the ranch.

Sheridan has completed Sicario 3, now underway with Emily Blunt, Benicio Del Toro, and Josh Brolin all returning. He has also written a Call of Duty project following his work on Lioness. His Yellowstone spinoff Marshals may cross over with another spinoff, with discussions continuing. Casting is underway for Landman Season 3.
