Defense attorneys in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial rested arguments on day 18 after expert testimony describing postpartum psychosis. The psychiatrist told the court Clancy heard voices, felt as if controlled like a puppet, and was frankly psychotic. The prosecution is now bringing forward rebuttal witnesses to address the testimony. A prosecution psychiatrist testified that Clancy told her children "go to God" during the January 2023 stabbing deaths of the two young siblings. Clancy has entered a plea of not guilty on the grounds of insanity. The trial is coming to a conclusion.
